We are a small club, called after the abbreviated form of the town name where we originated - Waterlooville - back in the 1970's.
We lost our original range to urban expansion in the form of a modern industrial complex and so migrated a couple of miles away to our current location in the quiet village of Denmead, where we have been made welcome by the Parish Council who provided our current range on the Kidmore field.
The club, though small, is enthusiastic and will happily turn out to provide "have-a-go" sessions at local fetes etc.
We shoot all the year round, outdoors in the summer on the Kidmore field (up the lane beside the church) and indoors (October to March inclusive) in the Denmead Memorial hall (on the main road through the village).
Our club supports 'would be' archers in providing two outdoor training sessions each year, at very reasonable cost, on Wednesday evenings each over a period of six weeks.
The first session this year starts on 4th. May and the second on 13th. July.
We provide all the equipment necessary for these events, and expert tuition in a safe, but friendly, environment.
