Circuit Training forms the original backbone of FIT Club.
There are separate sessions for men and women, both including over 150 different exercises
Over 70 different types of upper body exercises to enhance speed, muscle tone and stamina.
Over 70 different forms of mid-section exercise to tone, develop and give greater definition to the abdominal area (which has been proven to help reduce or remedy back problems.)
Over 100 different lower body exercises to develop stance, agility and muscle toning of the lower limbs.
All circuit sessions are conducted by qualified instructors, who seek to correct, guide and motivate in times of difficulty and tiredness.
Team building exercises are a very important part of circuit training and everyone attending these sessions, from the totally unfit to the very fittest athletes, are encouraged to help each other succeed.
Most importantly, sessions are meant to be fun
