Traditional chinese kung fu, tai chi chuan and tae kwon do tuition offered in various classes across Cornwall.
Chief instructor Bob Denny, who has over forty years experience, teaches Lau Gar, Wing Chun and Sanshou kickboxing disciplines in kung fu and the school is affiliated to BNMAA, Tai Chi Union GB and is a member of SportsCoachUK.
Relaxed, friendly classes, no competition fighting unless requested.
