Club of the Year 2010
26th May 2010The listing was posted by Middlesex County Netball Association
Each year Middlesex County Netball Association (MCNA) awards a club in Middlesex with the MCNA Club of the Year Award. The winner of this award will have demonstrated significant achievement during the season, and is selected by the MCNA Management Committee.
Last year the Award went to Minchenden Netball Club for their overall achievements in various leagues. Also, in recognition for their work in their local netball community and for their strong development of juniors.
This year we would like to give you the opportunity for putting forward your club or a club you know for the Award and telling us all about their achievements during the 09/10 season.
These achievements don’t necessarily have to be about achieving success in the elite netball arena. They may be about developing grass routes netball, the achievements of your juniors, coaches, umpires and volunteers, developing netball opportunities for people that otherwise might not have had access to netball, developing netball facilities in your community, being awarded a CAPS award, achievements on the netball court whether at an elite level or a local level.
We would like to hear about those achievements and are asking you to nominate a club that you know has made a significant contribution and developed netball in Middlesex this year for the MCNA Club of the Year Award 2010.
To nominate a club please complete the attached form giving details of the club’s achievements and why you think they deserve this award. Anyone can nominate a club – the club itself, an individual, a league, anyone from the netball community that would like a club’s achievements to be recognised. The award will be made at the MCNA AGM on 24th June where all nominations will be acknowledged.
We look forward to hearing back from you. Deadline is 10th June 2010. Complete the attached form.
