About Us The official name of the club is 'Cambridge Town & County Cycling Club' but it is usually known as Cambridge Cycling Club or just Cambridge CC. The club is the oldest (it dates back to 1901) and largest cycle club in Cambridgeshire. Although many of the club members own mountain bikes and enjoy mountain biking, the club concentrates on promoting road and track based riding (Cambridge has its own mountain biking club, the "Over The Hill Club", ask at Ben Hayward Cycles, (01223) 352294 for details).

In 2001 Cambridge CC was 100 years young. To celebrate the occasion the club held some special events. The highlight of the year was the running of the Men's Women's and Junior's 25 mile Time Trial Championships - these were a great success and many riders and officials expressed their satisfaction about the event.
