The primary club in the Worthing area for track and field and road running.
All ages from 10 upwards.
All standards welcomed.
Join in and enjoy.
We meet at the Durrington Leisure Centre, Shaftesbury Avenue, Worthing on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 18:30 and Sundays for all Track/Field training sessions. For more details of the training timetable please see the Training page.
Groups also meet there for either Road training sessions in winter and Off Road training sessions in summer on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 18:30 (Unless indicated otherwise in the Schedule) and a small group meet at the Hill Barn roundabout on the A27 at 8:00am on most Sunday mornings for Off Road training sessions.
