The City of Belfast Archers is supported by Belfast City Council
The City of Belfast Archers was formed in 1987 by a group of people dedicated to promoting the skills of archery. Its purpose is to promote archery, in all it forms, to competition level or for the sheer fun and pleasure of shooting an arrow through the air to hit the mark.
The City of Belfast Archers is affiliated to the Grand National Archery Society (GNAS) and the Northern Ireland Archery Society (NIAS). Many of its archers are also members of The British Long-bow Society (BL-BS)

Venue: St Mary's Christian Brothers Grammar School, Glen Road, Belfast
Time: Tuesday 7pm - 9pm, Thursday 7pm - 9pm
April to August - Outdoors
Venue: Boucher Road Playing Fields, Boucher Road, Belfast
Time: Tuesday 7pm -9pm, Thursday 7pm - 9pm, Sunday 2pm - 5pm
BEGINNERS COURSES
City of Belfast Archers regularly run six-week beginner courses. Each session is two hours long and is conducted by experienced archery coaches. All equipment is supplied.
