There has been archery in Scunthorpe since 1954.
Anchor Bowmen is a G.N.A.S/Archery UK target archery club based in Scunthorpe area of North Lincolnshire.
Our members range from beginners and "social" shooters, through to Archers who shoot for both their club and County.
Our members shoot all types of bow's - ranging from the more traditional Long and Native Flat bows, through to the more modern Recurve and Compound types..
New beginners are welcome all the time.
Summer Shooting April - September
Monday and Wednesday nights 5.45 pm till dark . Saturday mornings 12.00 pm till 3.30 pm all year round.
