Black Stag Archers promotes all forms of archery covered by the governing body, and while most of its activities are around target archery, we also participate in field archery and clout shooting events.
The club shoot throughout the year at its outdoor ground in Wanstead Park Road, Ilford and also indoors from October to March at Valentines High School, Gants Hill.
Black Stag is fortunate to have a number of qualified coaches who can provide ongoing support to members and run beginners courses for those new to the sport. Members participate in competitions across Southern Counties as well as being regulars at inter-club and County tournaments throughout Essex.
The club is fully affiliated to the archery governing body, the Grand National Archery Society, Southern Counties Archery Society and Essex County Archery Association.
