formed in 1986 is one of the longest running Kempo Ju-Jitsu groups in the U.K.

Zen Kempo Ryu Ju-Jitsu has been designed for men and women from beginner to black belt. It is a formidable Multi-Style System an extremely practical martial art, which does not use strength or high kicks and incorporates (Blocks & Strikes) (Kicks)(Throws)(Wrist Locks)(Holding & Locking techniques)(Ground Defences) including various Weapon Defences and an Edged Weapon Awareness Programme with the result of being an efficient modern martial discipline.
