Dip in the Dales

Following on from the success of last year's Dip in the Dales, we're holding it again this summer and we'd love for you to take part. Taking place on Saturday 4 August at 10am, Dip in the Dales is a one mile open water swim in Semerwater, which is near the beautiful North Yorkshire village of Hawes. We need brave individuals to don their wetsuits and dive in to the chilly waters of Yorkshire's largest natural lake. You're guaranteed a fun, challenging day, and what's more, the fundraising you undertake for Sue Ryder will help us continue to provide care for our patients. Entry is £25 and places are limited so we advise you to secure your place as soon as possible.
