Scenic on-road duathlon with trail run Choose between 10k 44k 5k or 5k 22k & 2.5k Sunday 14th September 2014 10.00am Start Based at Mallards Pike in Beautiful Forest of Dean A 10k (5k) run on wide forest gravel trails, followed by 44k (22k) road bike on Forest Roads with left turns only, finished with a flat 5k or 2.5k run around the lake. Start Time 10.00 Registration from 8.30am CHIP TIMING INCLUDED at no extra cost !!!!! Secure Transition, Toilets , Picnic Site, Refreshments, Good Viewing, Fully Marshalled under BTF rules, Medal, Winners Prizes.
