Scottish Provident Riders Winter Training
14th November 2004There was a good turn out of youth riders for the opening session of Team Scottish Provident Isle of Man's 2004/5 indoor winter training programme, held last Tuesday night in the Braaid community hall.
The packed hall reverberated to the sound of whirring turbo trainers as former professional mountain biker and Island Games multi gold medalist Elliot Baxter put the youngsters through their paces in a structured set of spin exercises. The next session in the series takes place at the same venue on Tuesday, 23rd November.
