EA Issue multilingual posters on fish theft and licencing

The Environment Agency has issued multi-lingual versions of their posters on Rod Licensing. The posters outline:
- the requirements for an Environment Agency Rod Licence;
- the (fish theft) implications of taking fish without the owners consent; and
- the potential limitations of a fishing close season.
