NISA SECURES ISU JUNIOR GRAND PRIX 2007-08 SEASON

NISA is very pleased to announce that the ISU have awarded a Junior Grand Prix to be held at iceSheffield between 3^rd-7^th October 2007.  The event will include all ISU Figure Skating disciplines and we look forward to working with both iceSheffield, Sheffield International Venues and Sheffield City Counci's major Events Unit, to deliver a quality event.

 

The award is the first step of NISA’s International Strategy of attracting World Class Figure Skating events to the UK and will hopefully lead to the staging of the European Championships in 2010.

 

During 2007 NISA will host three ISU International Events:

 

European Short Track Finals, 19^th-21^st January – iceSheffield,

Junior World Synchronized skating finals,  2^nd – 7th March - National Ice Centre, Nottingham 

Junior Grand Prix, 3^rd -7^th October iceSheffield
