McSorley, who has just been named Swiss Coach of the Year, said " I am taking advantage of the IIHF break so that I can come and confirm first hand the great reports I have been getting about the progress of some of the National team players. I have heard good things about Clarke, Moran, Woolhouse and Levers of Nottingham and Jamieson, Sample and McGimpsey of Belfast and am taking this opportunity to come and see for myself." With the IIHF World Championships only 9 weeks away the Great Britain team coaches are putting the final names to the squad who will travel to Norway. Ice Hockey UK is hoping to take the team to Norway a couple of days early for a short acclimatisation camp.
