Bicester Millennium Cycling Club is a new cycling club formed early in 1999 and formally incorporated in time for the new millennium. Our aim is to provide a focal point for cycling enthusiasts covering Bicester and the surrounding areas of Oxfordshire as well as neighbouring Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
