Coaching and Development

Velo Sport Jersey, for such a compact team, has an incredible wealth of coaching and development talent. We have three qualified cycling coaches, a qualified sports masseur and a qualified performance coach. Martin Allix and Toby Aubert and Paul Lipscombe all have the Association of British Cycling Coaches, qualification. Paul Le Verdier runs a successful sports massage practice and is the masseur for the Jersey Island Games Team. Tony Williams has in-depth team building skills and has recently been awarded a Diploma in Performance Coaching.
