Club Runs
Every Sunday morning we have 2 club runs which set off from Handforth :
A - fairly strenuous, and
B - not so strenuous
The 'A' run typically covers about 60 miles with a short lunch stop to return by late afternoon.
In the summertime the runs are sometimes slightly longer and have a slightly earlier start time.
