Berkshire Tai Chi offers regular weekly classes in Yang & Chen styles, both open access for the public and in-house for organisations. We aim to provide a sound working balance between the martial and civil / health aspects of Tai Chi. In addition to these classes we provide support for corporate events such as organisation development activities and hospitality days.
We work with specialist therapists to design and develop Special Needs programmes, whether for those with mental health and emotional problems or physical disabilities, and we lead Tai Chi and Chi Kung-based exercise sessions in Primary Schools. We are a major contributor to the Primary Tai Chi programme.
