Membership / CRM Overview
Every organisation has a group of people that it needs to deal with regularly. Not just clients, but also members, staff or professional body associates.
Managing and communicating with the members of that group should be easy, versatile and effective.
Our modular approach to membership management gives organisations the flexibility they need to manage their membership in any way they choose.
Our systems are Web based and so access can be given to any user. All users have a set of permissions allocated to them, which defines what functionality they have access to, and also what data they can view or modify.
As well as being permissions based the system is also hierarchical in structure, just the way sport is so at NGB level users if allocated the correct permissions can see everything within the structure and can define permissions for the next level down, i.e. the regions, the same applies to regional staff if allocated the correct permissions they can view/add or modify all regional data and also set permissions for county staff and so on, right the way down to the individual member, who of course would only be able to view his/her details and modify limited aspects/fields.
The Central Membership Database is the core of the SportFocus range of modules, allowing you to manage contacts to your best advantage. Details of all individuals and organisations are entered into this module, whether they are members, enquirers, event attendees, students, suppliers, and contacts or just of interest to you.
These details are used by other SportFocus modules when appropriate thus minimising operational effort and ensuring consistency of data.
Our “Attributes” facility enables you to segment this data easily. Thus you can produce a variety of appropriate management reports from the Database. The Central Membership Database allows for ease of entry, maintenance, access, analysis, and reporting.
