We're one of Britain’s most admired companies and the most admired support services company
Serco is Britain’s 6th most admired company and the most admired support services company. That’s the verdict of our toughest judges – the people we compete with.
Their high opinion of Serco has put us among the winners of Management Today’s prestigious Britain’s Most Admired Companies Awards poll. The results were announced at the Waldorf Hilton in London today.
We are in good company, the top five companies are; Cadbury Schweppes, Unilever, BP, Tesco and Man Group.
Management Today polls the country's leading companies for its survey including our peers and competitors.
Performance was rated against nine criteria; quality of management, financial
soundness, quality of services, ability to attract and retain top talent, value as a long term investment, capacity to innovate, quality of marketing, community and
environmental responsibility and use of corporate assets.
This is a tribute to the effort and commitment of everyone in the company. It
acknowledges the excellent service we give to our existing customers. And by boosting our profile and reputation, it will push us from strength to strength and help us to attract the best people.
