Sussex University Claim Bronze!
Simon Tunley, Head Coach and Assistant Director of Sport for University of Sussex, was presented with the England Squash & Racketball Club Charter by Area Manager Justyn Price.
The University have been working towards achieving the standard over the past 12 months and have been supported in fulfilling the criteria by coaching bursaries for students who support the junior club development.
The programme offered by the club has been expanded to included beginners group coaching for students at the University delivered by Sussex Development Coach John Millard.
The award is the result of hard work by all involved at the club, and the junior coaching session observed by Justyn was testament to the effort which club officers put in week after week!
