The ETTA has conditionally selected the clubs in each region that will receive investment to appoint a full time Regional Disability and Club Support & Coaching Officer post.
The post will operate regionally 1 ½ days on disability pathways and locally 3 ½ days with your club and the surrounding area. It will be central to the delivery of ETTA Whole Sport Plan ‘grow and sustain’ outcomes.
The selection process took into account all expressions of interest from clubs, and opinions from regional and national volunteers and staff. CLUBMARK status was a major factor in selections.
The ETTA Regional Development Officer will lead the project with you and will be the line manager for the post. A club representative however will have direct input into the functional management (work programme) of the post holder.
