Year 6 Games Festival - Quarrendon Family

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for making the Quarrendon 2003 Year 6 Games so successful! The Quarrendon teaching staff were impressed by the enthusiasm, commitment and teamwork that the primary school teams displayed.
In addition we would like to thank the teachers involved in preparing the pupils for the various sports and realise there must have been a lot of extra curricular work spent on getting the pupils to the standards they demonstrated on the day.
Please find enclosed the results for each of the seven sports and then the overall results.
Many of the sports tournaments were closely contested however the spirit of fairplay and inclusion was the underlying feeling of the day. I think that you would agree, the Quarrendon pupils officiating, managing and scoring the sports seemed to rise to the challenge of organisation and leadership with maturity and responsibilty.
Finally, many congratulations and thank you again!
