Power of the circle Yr 5

This dance was created around the theme of Native Americans using a Dream Catcher for simulus, as well as quotes from Black Elk.
Clare Eastgate structured the sessions on the team teaching format, and around the TOPS Card "Power of the Circle".
Pupils enjoyed the experience, and were able to increase the use of Cannon, Unison formations and step patterns, which all follow the QCA guidlines.
All pupils enjoyed the dance and created some excellent pieces as can be seen by the photographs.
