2010 is Rule Review Year!

Any member who is eligible to vote at the AGM can submit a proposal for rule change. The proposal must be seconded by a different member eligible to vote at the AGM.

Proposed rule changes must be properly formulated with reference to the existing rule, how it might be changes and how it might impact on other rules.

The Operations Director (alison.steel@roundersengland.co.uk) must receive them by 30^th April 2010, and an extra-ordinary general meeting has been convened on 19^th June 2010 (in London) where members can vote for or against the proposed changes.

Any rule changes passed at the EGM will come into effect for the 2011 season.
