The Royal Caledonian Curling Club is pleased to announce that the new website will go live on 1st September 2010. The new website will have a completely new look, with a more structured and modern layout enabling members and other interested parties to navigate their way around the website with ease.

The main site will change over on 1st September and will still be accessible at www.royalcaledoniancurlingclub.org.  Area and province secretaries, and the secretaries of those clubs with RCCC websites, will receive information shortly regarding migration to the new structure.

Alongside the launch of the new website, they Royal Club would like to offer members who take responsibility for their Club, Area or Province Websites the opportunity to attend a ‘Website Workshop’. During the workshop, guidance on how to upload items onto the new micro-sites and how to manage the new system will be fully explained with a question and answer session included. Members who may be interested in setting up a micro-site or helping with content management are also welcome to attend.

We plan to hold four workshops in different areas of Scotland, more may be set up dependant on demand; further dates will be given in due course. The first workshop will take place on Thursday 9th September from 7pm-9pm at The Green Hotel in Kinross. If you would be interested in attending please contact: kay@royalcaledoniancurlingclub.org
