The London Transport Flying Club, possibly the oldest corporate flying club in the world,
is based at Fairoaks airport in Surrey. While we are pround of the historic link with London Transport membership is open all. LTFC is a flying club rather than a flying school and is a CAA Private Pilots (PPL) Registered Training Facility. As a member you can train towards your JAR PPL or the new National Private Pilots License (NPPL). As a qualified PPL you can add an IMC or night rating. As a flying club rather than a flying school we are run by the members for the member and therefore we have some on the lowest aircraft rental rates in Surrey and Hampshire.
