We are a friendly squash club based at the Triangle Leisure Centre, Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
We meet every Saturday (from 17.20 until 18.40) and Monday (from 18.40 until 21.20).
The format for club nights is pretty simple, with players each having a game of 15 minutes, then swapping around. Usually, this means that you will get a game every "other" 15 minutes and, if you are lucky (or unlucky, depending upon your outlook!) you may not get any rest at all!
We also run a team that plays in the East Sussex County League with the team members all actively playing during club nights.
