Bai Lang Martial Arts is a full time professional dojo created to set the standards for others to follow. Situated in Telford, the dojo offers a 3,500 sq ft open plan matted training area encompassed by mirrors and punch bags with focus mitts and strike shields supplied.
The centre is open from 10.00am - 9.00pm Monday - Friday and 10.00am - 3.00pm Saturday to accommodate shift workers and those with hectic lifestyles.
Our primary focus is on Kickboxing for which our resident instructor is the reigning WAKO British Champion and member of both the WAKO & IAKSA Great Britain Squads. The club also offers tuition in Wing Chun Kung Fu as well as Capoeira via external instructors.
We alos host seminars - the next of which being on Sunday June 19th which will be hosted by the internationally acclaimed Chloe Bruce and american xtreme martial artist daniel Sterling which promises to be a great event!
