The Avoniel SKC was established 1995 and is situated just outside Belfast city centre. The club has a membership of around 20 students who have had various successes at local and national levels.
Sensei Kawasoe comes to N.Ireland on a regular basis to grade the students of Avoniel SKC and other clubs within the NITKF which Avoniel SKC is part of.
