Historical Fencing in the martial art, and art of fencing using historical european martial arts (HEMA). The AHF specialises in German Longsword and Italian Rapier, whilst also studying a range of other fighting forms, such and shield, buckler, spear and dagger combat. Training consists of organised partner practice as well as competitive free sparring martial arts. All members must be 18 years or over, we currently train twice a week in Newport, South Wales.
