We are Commando Krav Maga Northern Ireland and have opened a new CKM club at the Valley Leisure centre Newtownabbey,the class is held by offical CKM instructor Glyn Ashton.
CKM involves techniques used in various martial arts such as Mauy thai,judo, greco roman wrestling, BJJ etc,the class is especially good for students wishing to learn a mixed martial art style fighting system but who want to do it for street defence rather than doing competition fighting. Please always remember with any competition fighting there are rules (this includes the UFC etc), with CKM there are no rules making it a pure NHB style training (no holes barred) - this is to ensure maximum damage to your attacker in the quickest time to allow you to escape and possibily save your life or the life of your loved ones.
