Glamorgan Karate teaches a style called Tsuen-Mo-Luen which incorporates elements from a number of different martial arts.
It was founded in Hong Kong by Grandmaster Lam Wu Sun and introduced into the UK by Shihan Ian Stoddern 7th Dan
Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday at 7.30pm - 9pm
