Forever Fit are located in Stratford upon Avon. We offer Pilates classes with a FULLY qualified level 3 instructor throughout the region. Our venues include: Stratford upon Avon, Bidford upon Avon, Pebworth, Snitterfield, Norton Lindsey as well as Cookhill & Inkberrow in Worcestershire. All venues have free parking and toilet facilities.
All of our classes are mat-based, consisting of traditional pilates exercises, suitable for beginners and intermediates- with some advanced mat work for those who are capable. Classes are taught by Caroline, who has a background in dance and ballet, and has been teaching exercise classes for over 4 years.
Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and fitness abilities, including the elderly, and pre and post natal women. Those who are injured can also benefit, as well as those who already compete in sports but wish to enhance their performance and benefit from a stronger core.
