Base Pilates offers Pilates matwork classes in York. Classes are run by a Chartered and HPC-registered Physiotherapist with several years experience rehabilitating clients in both NHS and private physiotherapy practice. One to one tuition, small group classes and Physiotherapy assessment can also be arranged.
New classes in York, starting from Monday 4th July @ The Melbourne Centre in Fishergate.
