ClubAZ Archers has been in existence as a club since 1993. Based in Alderley Edge in Cheshire the club has about 25 full members (including 4 juniors), mainly recurve archers but with a few compound and longbow/flatbow shooters thrown in for good measure. Current GB Olympic Team coach Hilda Gibson is a past chairperson of the club and was a founder member. We have a 13 target field course in a fantastic setting and have regular outdoor and indoor shoots on club nights with coaching provided by our two GNAS qualified coaches. Although essentially a corporate club we do have a limited number of places for non-corporate members - so if you're interested in joining please let us know. We run have-a-go and beginners' courses from May onwards.
We are also happy to provide have-a-go sessions for corporate and private events and regularly attend fêtes and open days. Contact us for details.
