Windsor Rugby refresh their website

In January 2004 Windsor Rugby Club launched their first website developed by SportFocus. Since launch it has been a tremendous success helping the club to raise it's profile, communicate with it’s community and importantly helped to raise substantial sponsorship monies that have been matched by SportsMatch.
This week saw the launch of a new site bringing a new ‘look and feel’ and some other functions to assist in raising further sponsorship. During the first few days of going live a new an important sponsor has pledged sponsorship.
The site is a bit different from other sites in that it puts Senior/Junior and Minis onto the same status!
The philosophy behind it is to get the whole club involved in making it a success by giving them the responsibility for their own area.
You will see it looks like one site but in fact it is 20 different sites with each age group and senior side having access to their own area but within a common formatting. We have already trained up 15-20 people and this takes about an hour and a half, you don't have to be computer literate - but get on there and practice and experiment!
The other good thing is that people can bring new ideas to the party and it is already breeding competition between the age groups.
