With the London 2012 Olympics less than 3 years away, the Olympics will provide a huge platform to show case handball across the country. As a small but flourishing national governing body England Handball has the vision, innovation and motivation to take advantage of this exciting opportunity to make handball the number one Olympic Legacy Sport. To achieve our goals we are looking to recruit suitably qualified professionals to join the England Handball Board as honorary independent directors to take up the following strategic roles;

As independent directors you will provide valuable professional advice and expertise to help shape and build an organisational infrastructure to enable England Handball to take advantage of the huge opportunities the London 2012 Olympics will present up to and beyond the Games. You will be expected serve for a period of up to two years, attend up to six meetings per year. Where appropriate there will be opportunities to represent England Handball at national and international meetings and events.
Whilst reasonable travel and subsistence expenses will be paid, we are unable to provide remuneration for the above posts. Nevertheless, if you have track record in business, are seeking a rewarding opportunity to volunteer valuable business expertise to help Handball achieve its goals we would like to hear from you!
