There are new developments occurring in our sport such as UK Coaching Framework and the Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence which have the potential take our Sport to a level never experienced.

The significant progress and expansion of the EHA 4 yr Player Pathway has recently seen the appointment of our two National Youth Performance Coaches and the beginning of the National Coaching and Management Teams.
With these advances come changes in methods in what, who and how we can achieve this advancement which may challenge traditional handball thinking.
 
It is therefore, extremely important that the England Handball Community are up to speed with developments and each individual can assess if/ how they can become part of this handball dream we all share
