The EHA is announcing a transfer deadline of 12 noon, Friday 26th 2010 for season 2009-10. No further transfers of players between different EHA-affiliated league clubs will be permitted after that time, and until after the official end of the season in June.
Please note: The cessation of transfers does not apply to the new registration or re-registration of players not hitherto registered this season, or the "upgrading" of a player within the same club - e.g. from a club's second team (development league) to Div 1 status. See below for applicable fees.
The EHA office (handball@englandhandball.com) must receive notification of any proposed transfer by post, fax or email on or before the stated deadline. To be considered complete, this notification must include communication from the two teams concerned. A recognised official from the releasing club must state that their club has no objection to releasing the named player and that the player is not currently in dispute with, or subject to disciplinary action by, their club. The receiving club must state that they wish to transfer the named player, and must pay the admin fee of £5 to the EHA.
Please Note: Registration fees for new players are now reduced for the remainder of the season to:
Div 1 = £22, Development League = £15, "upgrade" from Devel Lge to Div 1 (within the same club only) = £7
