EHA recruiting two Youth Squads Managers

The EHA has recently initiated its 4yr Player Pathway for the development of its National Teams and has set a target of having a full complement of National Teams in all appropriate EHF age groups by 2013. The EHA is seeking to appoint two managers to the following positions
1. England Youth Team Manager (Men)
2. England Youth Team Manager (Women)
The positions are voluntary, expensed, offered on a fixed term basis 1/2/2010 to 31/08/2012 and will be subject to regular reporting procedure to, review process by , the EHA National PerformanceGroup.
The positions offer an exciting opportunity to people with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Applicants need not necessarily have a handball background but would be expected to have a great deal of experience managing sports teams of young people in the 16-19 age bracket. A clear understanding of the current Child Protection Policies and Procedures landscape would be essential.
Applicants should have high aspirations of their own capabilities and ambitions. The appointees will be supported in their continuingprofessional development with attendance at appropriate Sports Management Courses and seminars
