The Times Newspaper is delighted to announce our fantastic ‘Summer of Sport’ offer, which will launch on Saturday 17th July 2010 and will run until Friday 3rd September 2010. We will be offering our readers – both adults and children – the chance to take part in a sport of their choice, either for free or as part of a 2 for 1 offer. *Times+ is the umbrella brand for the Times subscription loyalty clubs. There are currently two Times+ loyalty clubs, Culture+ and Travel+, offering members exclusive offers, priority bookings, competitions and more.
Whether it is trying your hand at a sport you have always fancied, or mastering skills you already have, the promotion will give our readers the opportunity to enjoy a summer of sport at a wide range of sporting centres throughout the UK, including table tennis, swimming pools, tennis courts, football coaching, leisure centres, horse riding stables and golf clubs to name a few.
To participate, readers of The Times newspaper must complete the coupon printed in-paper on Saturday 17th July 2010 and collect 3 tokens that will appear in The Times between 17th - 30th July, excluding The Sunday Times (subject to change). Readers will then select their chosen venue/centre from the pull-out or online listings, and must pre-book all sessions/courses/lessons by telephone. The offer will be subject to availability.
Members of Times+* do not need to collect any tokens or vouchers but must state that they are members over the phone when booking and present their Times+ membership card on arrival.
