Former BHS Chairman honoured at AHT Awards
5th November 2010The British Horse Society joined in celebrating the award to Mr Patrick Print FBHS, former Chairman of the Society, of the SEIB Voluntary Service Award at the AHT UK Equestrian Awards yesterday (4 November).
The selection panel praised Patrick’s leadership of the Society, which helped add 12,000 members to the roll, and his diplomatic skills which have proved so successful in enhancing the reputation of the BHS within the wider equestrian community.
Current Chairman Dr Phil Wadey said: “We shared Patrick’s delight at the announcement which rightly recognised exceptional achievement on his part. Without doubt the Society is much the stronger for his leadership over six years.”
