Yorkshire gets new BHS Development Officer

Horse lovers in the north of England are about to welcome a new Development Officer from The British Horse Society.

To be able to offer a better service to BHS members and those involved with horses in the North of England The British Horse Society has employed a new Development Officer for Yorkshire and Humberside. Amy Clements is taking up the challenge leaving Wendy Suddes to concentrate on Cleveland, Cumbria, Durham and Northumberland.

Amy joins the BHS with a strong background in sales and marketing. She has three horses herself and is looking forward to the opportunity to use her skills and experience to benefit the members in her area.

Speaking of her appointment, she said: “I am thrilled to have been offered this new challenge. I am passionate about horses and can’t wait to get my teeth into the job and get cracking!”

BHS Director of Standards, Margaret Linington-Payne said: “We are delighted to be able to split such a busy region for the benefit of our members.”
