Ashley Hewitt defeated top seed Josh Goodall in straight sets to claim his place in the AEGON GB Pro-Series Glasgow semi-finals.

To seal his place in the last four, world No.561 Pauffley overcame fourth seed Dan Evans 6-0, 6-3.
Jamie Baker’s hopes of a title also came to an end as he went down in his quarter-final tie to Richard Bloomfield. Bloomfield next plays German number three seed Bastien Knitell, a winner over Briton Alexander Ward 7-5, 6-2.
Tara Moore and Samantha Murray are the only British survivors in the women’s $25k Challenger event. In the second round, Moore beat the Italian Giulia Gatto-Monticone 6-4, 6-1 with Murray defeating second seeded Roumania Cristina-Andreea Mitu 6-1, 6-0.
