Andy Murray into fourth round of Australian Open

Andy Murray continues his impressive run in Melbourne Park by moving into the fourth round of the Australian Open.
British No.1 Murray, who is yet to drop a set this week, defeated Lithuanian qualifier Ricardas Berankis 6-3, 6-4, 7-5 in two hours and 12 minutes on Rod Laver Arena to seal his place in the last 16.
Murray, 25, will play either seed Gilles Simon or Gael Monfils next.
Robson’s run comes to an end
Laura Robson’s run at the Australian Open came to an end today after facing Sloane Stephens in the third round. Robson, who turns 19 on Monday, was defeated by the American 29th seed 7-5, 6-3.
Doubles & Juniors
Jonny Marray and Brazilian partner Andre Sa were defeated in their second round men’s doubles 6-4, 7-6(5) by Robin Haase & Igor Sijsling, while junior Harriet Dart was overcome by 6-2, 7-5 by Anett Kontaveit in her opening round match.
