Tae Kwon Do Northern Ireland Championships
25th August 2004A team from Wantage TAGB School of Tae Kwon-Do recently flew to Belfast to take part in the Northern Ireland Championships at the Antrim Forum.
Jayson Copeland, Lee Marren, Lesley Vernon and Stuart Ryan lead by their 4th Dan Instructor, Martyn Dipper, took the trip along with 300 other competitors, including many from the Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain National squad.
Wantage Tae Kwon-Do School gained 3 silver medals and 2 bronze medals and deemed the trip a success. “I’m proud of my students, they worked hard beforehand and their efforts were rewarded” said Mr Dipper.
