Run By Paul Button 3rd Dan and Simon Button 3rd Dan In the form of Sepoy Freestyle Karate.

Training consists of Freestyle syllabus, self defence techniques, weapons training and sparring/fighting from non contact tag sparring to full contact sparring, Kata, Stretching techniques.

Fitness training consists of circuits and pad work, team training, punishment sessions for adults/seniors (voluntary).

Every Thursday evening from 7pm til 8.30pm, other sessions are available depending on Instructors competition training.

All ages welcome from 7years upwards.

Freestyle allows everyone to progress to there own ability.
